Welcome to Race to Riches, a blockchain-based ecosystem offering staking, raffles, ad engagement rewards, and community-driven merchandise utilities. By connecting your wallet, interacting with our smart contracts, or using our website (racetoriches.xyz and associated subdomains), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation complies with local laws and regulations.
Residents of jurisdictions where participation in raffles, token-based rewards, or NFTs is prohibited should not use this platform.
2. No Investment Advice
Race to Riches is not a financial product. We do not offer investment advice, profit guarantees, or future value promises.
The utility of our NFTs and ERC-20 tokens is governed solely by on-chain participation and community incentives.
Any perceived value is determined by user demand, deflation mechanics, and platform usage — not by Race to Riches or its team.
3. Platform Functionality
By participating in Race to Riches, you understand and agree that:
NFT Staking: Staking NFTs earns Treasure Tokens daily. Rewards vary by NFT rarity and staking duration.
Raffles: Token-based raffles use Chainlink VRF for provably fair draws. Entry does not guarantee a win.
Ad Rewards: Users can watch up to 100 ads per day. Top participants receive weekly and monthly rewards, capped by USD-equivalent thresholds.
Token Airdrops: Some tokens are airdropped directly to eligible wallets based on off-chain activity or leaderboard position. These airdrops are gasless and are not guaranteed.
4. Treasury & Sustainability
The Race to Riches treasury does not sell tokens during the initial 367-day lockup period post-TGE.
All token burns and reward pools are transparently executed on-chain, viewable via
tokenpit.eth.The team reserves the right to adjust mechanics (staking, burns, raffles) to maintain platform health, but will always announce major changes via official channels.
5. Token Ownership & Wallets
You are responsible for your own wallet and private keys. We cannot restore access or recover assets if you lose wallet control.
By connecting your wallet, you authorize smart contract interactions at your own discretion.
Wallet activity may be tracked off-chain for leaderboard scoring and anti-abuse measures, but wallet addresses remain pseudonymous.
6. Abuse, Exploits & Fair Use
Users who attempt to abuse, automate, or script ad watching or raffle entries may be disqualified or blacklisted without notice.
Any effort to falsify staking data, clone NFTs, or bypass contract mechanics will result in loss of eligibility for rewards.
We reserve the right to restrict access to any user or wallet suspected of violating these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Race to Riches is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, continued feature access, or token price stability.
You agree not to hold the team, developers, or affiliates liable for loss of funds, smart contract errors, missed rewards, or third-party service outages.
8. Privacy Policy
We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) unless you contact support or opt-in to a form.
Off-chain tracking (such as ad views per wallet) is used for leaderboard purposes only and is never linked to real-world identity.
We will never sell or share user data.

9. Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be announced via the official Race to Riches GitBook, Discord, or X (Twitter).
Continued participation after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
